PUCIT Entry Test Result:

Today on 10 august 2014, entry test of Pucit was held in four shifts in PU Examination center Lahore. About 15,000 students appeared in this test today. Total marks of the test were 40, so each fraction counts. Due to current critical political situation, I completely forgot about PUCIT entry test. Hope you’ll get good marks in test as competition is going to be tough this year because Computer Science and IT related degrees are most demanded ones all over the world. Fees of BSCS in private sector universities is high, this is one of the main reasons for high merit of PUCIT despite of the fact that it is one of the most prestigious colleges of the countries. All of its three BS 4 years programs are ranked as ‘W’ category (no.1 category) by NCEAC. So if you get one seat out of 600 in total, you’re the lucky felLa 🙂

The result had to be announced 8:00pm today. Students are still waiting as result is not uploaded on official website pucit.edu.pk (9:54pm)

The official site is experiencing down times. It maybe due to traffic spikes. stay tuned (10:13pm)

Result is not posted yet, so until then, you can view previous merit lists of PUCIT.

    • Very rare chance with this aggregate. There are many other good universities offering CS programs. abhi ECAT bhi nahin hua is lye uet bhi apka intezar kr rahi hai.

    • Degree same hai. lekin new campus mein programs 2012 mein start hue the is lye usko km prefer kiya jata hai. lekin standard same hai.

    • Dear hamza, your aggregate comes out to be ~68%. and merit of pucit is much higher. so chances of admission are very low.

    • Your score is good. I think there is difference of fractions (for old campus). But in new campus, your chances for admission are bright.

    • Passing marks limit nahi hai. total marks 40 hein. admission aggregate ki base pe hoga.
