  1. SIR AFTER DOING BSC ELEC ENGG FROM UET WHATS PROCEDURE TO GO IN WAPDA AS A SUB DIVISIONAL OFFICER?

    • Procedure is simple. WAPDA advertizes vacancies in newspaper. You apply, interviewed and got selected. but it is not simple as it seems. there are only a few jobs and hundreds of electrical engineers competing for those. The truth is that you can’t get job on merit. only if you have very strong reference then there is chance. Actually there are heck lot of engineers,so many EEs don’t get job in relevant field.

  2. UET ki 3rd or 4th merit list me industrial eng ka merit kitna gir sakta he. 2nd list me merit 71.7 he or mera aggr 70.90 he.

    • Scope is very good. but recent graduate sessions of BZU (textile engg) are not accredited by PEC. you may ask BZU about this.

    • W.salam! Chemical engineering of PU is better. and yes it is also better than electrical engineering from UET.

    • Preparation books ki thorough reading se hi ho skti hai. Academy sirf us soorat mein join krni chahye agar aap bohat ziada determined hein k academy k mutabiq hi chaleige ya apko ko books parhne se samajh na ati ho. lekin agar academy ja kr unke schedule/plans k mutabiq nahi parhenge to is se behtr hota hai k ghar mein parha jae.

    • Both are very good universities for chemical engineering. But some students prefer PU. But it depends upon you whether you want to go uet or pu.

    • You should join PU. scope of telecom engineering is not so much in Pakistan these days. but for Electrical/Electronics/Telecom engg, sope is equal for both males and females.

    • W.salam! apka admission UET taxila mein Environmental,CS,metallurgy aur telecom engg mein ho skta hai.

    mera question ye hai k UET lahore ka BSCS ka merit ka kitna aggregate hota hai??? aur PU ki BSCS achi hai ya UET ki ya phir both are gud??

    • Lahore campus BSCS ka merit ziada hota hai. 2014 2nd list ka 75.6% hai. PU aur UET dono universities ki CS bohat achi hai. ye candidate pe depend krta hai k wo konsi university ko prefer krta hai.

    • BBIT achi degree hai. Students k lye ye top options mein se ek option hoti hai. You must not leave it unless you’ve got some better options.

    • Apka admission ho jaega. 2nd list 1-10-14 aur 3rd list 9-10-14 ko display ho gi.

    • classes un k lye hein jinka admission 1st list mein hua hai. 2nd aur 3rd mein jinka admission hoga wo baad mein join kr leinge. 2nd list 1-nov aur 3rd list 9-november ko lage gi.

  32. Sir pichli dafa sunaha ke uet lhr ki semester fee including hostel 20000 thi open merit walon ke liye…lekin muje jo challan mila ha us par 41923 fee likhi ha…iski kiya waja h…kiya fee increase ho gai ha

    • UET k sab sessions ne additional ~160000 submit krwane hein degree k lye. yoon samjhye k fees barh gai hai. but aap loan le sakte hein easily. UET ja kr form fill kr dijye. phir aapki fees 16000 ho jaegi.

    • Actually, merit will be higher. your cahnce is in CS GRW and Narowal campus.

        • Study standard is same. also at the end of 4 years, same degree will be awarded to all students. The only difference is of fees.

      • Congrats. civil engineering is also very good field and scope is also good in Pakistan/Middle East. I think you should prefer civil engineering over chemical.

        • Matric, FSc, ecat result print, domicile, undertaking form, biodata form, medical certificate, fee receipt. Don’t worry just visit campus, help will be available there.

    • Both are good. it depends upon your interest. I can’t say anything, it is very difficult to compare these 2 fields.
